RETURN POLICIES
SINGAPORE CUSTOMERS
- At the moment, we do not have a full refund policy for purchase(s) made on our online store
- Please email us at inkainka.sg@gmail.com if you have any return request(s)
- A return request can only be initiated within 5 days of receiving the product(s)
- Product(s) that customer(s) wish to return, will be refunded in full via our E-Gift Card
- Return(s) can only be initiated for product(s) that are not on sale
- If you wish to exchange to a different apparel of higher value, you will need to top up accordingly
- If you wish to exchange to a different apparel of lower value, the difference in amount will not be refunded
- Please ensure that item(s) to be returned or exchanged are still in its original condition and unwashed
- To preserve and maintain the integrity and hygiene of our product(s), customer(s) are allowed a single exchange for each product within an order
- Items which do not fulfil these criteria(s) will be rejected for return or exchange
- You are required to mail the apparel(s) that needs to be returned or exchanged, to us, preferably via registered mail, to avoid any dispute on lost mail
- Please only use SingPost services as our address is only recognised by SingPost
- Once we have received your mail and apparel(s), we will do our relevant checks before mailing out the new apparel to you
- For item(s) with defect(s), please email us at inkainka.sg@gmail.com, and forward us picture(s) of the defect(s). We will assist you accordingly

EXCHANGE POLICIES
OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS
At the moment, we do not have an exchange policy for our overseas customers. We urge you to check out our sizing charts before purchasing. Should you have any queries prior to purchasing, feel free to email us at inkainka.sg@gmail.com.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
